Fundraising Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with Miss Nigeria UK's mission and goals

• Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities, including individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grant-making organizations

• Maintain positive relationships with existing donors and sponsors through regular communication and stewardship activities

• Manage fundraising campaigns and events, including planning, promotion, and logistics

• Collaborate with other team members and volunteers to support fundraising efforts

• Maintain accurate records of donor information and fundraising activities

• Prepare regular reports on fundraising performance and progress towards goals

• Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in fundraising and apply them to Miss Nigeria UK's activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nonprofit management, marketing, or communications

• Proven experience in fundraising or sales, preferably in the nonprofit sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors, sponsors, and team members

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities and solutions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management software

• Passion for Miss Nigeria UK's mission and a commitment to supporting Nigerian women in the UK
